Pastor Melvin and Denise have evangelized for the past 31 years from city to city throughout New Jersey, New York, Baltimore, and other States, preaching and ministering to literally hundreds of people the message of Salvation, Hope, and Deliverance. Pastor Fleming believes that preachers in the ministry must have a burden for the lost and they should get involved in the community. Pastor Fleming is a gifted preacher with the ability to tell the gospel story that a child can understand.

Melvin Fleming is an anointed gifted radical bold preacher of the Gospel of the 21st century ministering life and the message of salvation, repentance, hope, and healing to humanity. He is the senior pastor of The New Bethel Kingdom Faith Ministries, Inc., in Ewing, New Jersey. For over 31 years Pastor Melvin has been enlightening, empowering and encouraging believers and unbelievers alike to serve God with all of their heart. Known as bold preacher that carries prophetical anointing and powerful teacher, Pastor Fleming has the ability to unlock the Bible through a historical and theological lens making the word of God applicable to the common hearer challenging believers to pursue an intimate relationship with Christ through study of the word of God.
Pastor Melvin accepted Christ in his life at the tender age of 5 yrs old. He was a faithful member of the Faith Tabernacle United Holy Church in Freehold, N.J. He served for more than 17 years under the late Reverend Mother Nora E. Spivey. In 1981 Pastor Melvin received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and was soon called into the ministry. In 1985 his father the late Bishop Melvin H. Fleming Sr., was ordained as the Pastor of the New Bethel Holy Church in Ewing NJ. Pastor Fleming left Faith Tabernacle to help his father's ministry for more than 21 years.
Pastor Melvin has also accomplished much in the biblical sphere. He currently holds a Bachelor of Christian Education. In 1985 Pastor Fleming graduated the Deliverance Bible Institute in Newark, New Jersey under the leadership of Apostle Ralph Nichol and while attending his studies, he met Evangelist Denise Cousar former classmate of DBI and a year later they married. That union brought forth two sons Devin and Andrew. Pastor Fleming is a graduate of the Princeton Deliverance Bible Institute and also a graduate of the United Christian College both in Trenton, New Jersey. In 2001 Pastor Fleming was ordained as an Elder by the late Bishop Gatlin in Baltimore Maryland and also served faithfully at the Nothing But the Word Deliverance Ministries for 3 years under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Patricia A. Phillips of Florence, New Jersey.

First Lady Denise Fleming attended the Deliverance Evangelist Center in Newark, NJ from the time she was a little girl, until her adult years, under the leadership of the late Apostle Arturo Skinner. After his passing her new pastor became Apostle Ralph Nichol. In 1984 she met Pastor Melvin Fleming Jr., and they later married in 1985, to their union they have two wonderful sons Devin and Andrew. Upon meeting her husband she became a member of the New Bethel Holy Church of Ewing, NJ under the leadership of the late Bishop Melvin H. Fleming Sr. First Lady Denise served faithful since she was a young adult for over 30 plus years on various ministries such as Youth for Christ, Choir member, Hostess Comm, Vice President of the adult choir, Choir Director, Tiny Tots Sunday School Teacher, and Hospitality Committee. She is currently the director of the New Bethel Kingdom Faith Ministries Women's Department. Click on Sister To Sister logo to find out more.
Education and Ministry: In 1984 Lady D. attended the Deliverance Bible Institute in Newark, New Jersey. She is also a graduate of the Princeton Deliverance Bible Institute and a graduate of the United Christian College both in Trenton, New Jersey. For over 24 years Evangelist Denise has traveled with her husband spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost. In 2000 First Lady was called to the office of Evangelist and received her license from the late Bishop Gatlin in Baltimore , MD and also from the late Bishop Melvin Fleming Sr. First Lady served for 3 years at the Nothing But the Word Deliverance Church under Apostle Pat Phillips in Florence, NJ. First Lady Denise has worked in the community supporting various grass-root programs such as co-owner of the Brothers Keepers Youth Program, Inc., volunteer work in Trenton public schools, and she is a graduate of NLI (Neighborhood Leadership Institute in 2001. She is the current director of the Charity Food Program, working with the Elderly and Homeless and Missions. First Lady's favorite scripture is "Jeremirah 29:11-14"
